摘 要:目的:对血清降钙素原和C-反应蛋白检测在呼吸系统炎症患者治疗中的临床意义进行分析研究。方法:随机抽取2012年3月~2013年1月本院接诊的82例下呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,将其设为观察组,抽取同期来我院进行健康检查的80例健康者设为对照组,采用自动免疫透射比浊法检测血清降钙素原水平,采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测血清C-反应蛋白水平,对比观察组与对照组及观察组中细菌感染组与非细菌感染组PCT、CRP水平的差异。观察PCT、CRP检测下呼吸道细菌性感染的特异性和敏感性。结果:观察组患者血清PCT、CRP水平均明显高于对照组健康者,组间比较差异显著(P〈0.05);细菌感染组患者血清PCT、CRP水平均明显高于非细菌感染组,二者差异显著(P〈0.05);在下呼吸道细菌性感染的检测方面,PCT检测的敏感性和CRP检测的特异性36.6%均明显低于PCT+CRP联合检测,差异具有统计学意义(P均〈0.05)。结论:血清中PCT、CRP水平与呼吸系统炎症密切相关,二者联合检测有助于提高疾病诊断及分类的可靠性,值得临床应用。Objective: Serum procalcitonin and C-reactive protein in respiratory inflammation of clinical significance in patients were analyzed.Methods:Selected 82 cases of lower respiratory tract infection admissions as research subjects in our hospital from March 2012 to January 2013,Set it in the observation group,drawn to the same period in our hospital health check 80 healthy subjects as controls,the use of auto-immune turbidimetric assay of serum procalcitonin levels,the use of latex-enhanced turbidimetric immunoassay of serum C-reactive protein levels,compared to the observation group and the control group and observation group bacterial infection group and non-bacterial infection group differences PCT,CRP levels.Observe the PCT,respiratory tract bacterial infections specificity and sensitivity CRP test next.Results:Serum PCT patients in the observation group,CRP levels were significantly higher in healthy subjects,a significant difference between groups(P〈0.05);bacterial infection in patients with serum PCT,CRP levels were significantly higher than those of non-bacterial infection,both the difference was significant(P〈0.05);detection of bacterial lower respiratory tract infections,the detection sensitivity of PCT and CRP testing specificity of 36.6% was significantly lower than PCT+CRP joint detection,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The serum PCT,CRP levels and inflammation are closely related to the respiratory system,the two combined detection helps to improve the reliability of diagnosis and classification,worthy of clinical application.
