农村劳动力转移就业空间决策过程地域差异——以安徽省四个样本村为例

摘　　要：农村劳动力转移就业是在区域基本结构因素制约下,个体主观选择的过程。将农村劳动力转移就业空间决策分为动机、环境认知、决策方式三个阶段。使用因子分析、单因素方差分析、结构方程等方法,对安徽省四个样本村农村劳动力转移就业决策过程进行实证分析,探讨了农村劳动力转移就业空间决策因子、空间决策路径的地域差异。结果显示:农村劳动力转移就业动机和环境认知是影响就业决策的重要因素;动机对环境认知有很强的正向作用,动机通过环境认知对就业决策的中介作用,大部分呈现正向影响,但也有一些呈现负向影响或影响不显著;家乡和家乡城镇就业环境与当前就业地就业环境的差异,是农村劳动力转移就业环境认知形成的基础,进而影响其决策方式。Rural labor＇ s employment transference is the individual subjective selection process under the constraints of regional basic structure factors. In this paper, the choice process of rural labors employment transference is divided into three stages：motive produce, environmental cog- nitive and decision - making forms. Using factor analysis, one - way ANOVA analysis and strueequation methods, the empirical research is made for the rural labors transfer employment＇ s choice process of four typical sample villages in Anhui province, and the regional differences of the spatial decision -making factors, space path and spatial decision -making mechanism are analyzed. The results showed that：the motivation and the environment cognitive are the im- portant factors that affect employment decisions; motivation has a strong positive effect on the environment cognition; through the environment cognition intermediary, motivation has most of the positive influence on employment decisions, but also has some negative impact or effect was not significant, which is related closely with the environment difference between home and em- ployment area, the impact is significant if the environment cognition in accordance with the rural labor force employment expectations; the differences of home town employment environment and the current employment environment, is the foundation of the rural labor transfer employ- ment environment cognitive form, thus influence their decisions.
