摘　　要：《我国卫生监督行业现状调查与分析》课题概述包括立题背景、研究目的、研究内容、研究方法和资料来源等。本课题运用"结构-过程-结果"原理和卫生系统宏观模型作为指导性研究方法,旨在全面了解我国卫生监督行业的现状,系统评价卫生监督体系建设的进展,剖析卫生监督体系建设、发展过程中存在的问题与面临的挑战,为卫生监督行业下一步的建设发展提供科学依据。课题组对31个省级、142个地市级、438个区县级、总计611个卫生监督机构进行了问卷调查,对7个省(市)94名卫生行政部门和卫生监督机构相关负责人进行了现场访谈。课题的调查内容包括卫生监督机构资源配置、职能落实与调整、能力建设、技术支持服务利用、协管服务和社会各界评价等情况。This paper will introduce the background, purpose, content, methods and material source of the project which is called＂Investigation and Analysis of Health Inspection Industry’s Situation in China＂. The principle of＂Structure-Process-Outcome＂and Macro Model of Health System were used in this research to show the situation of health inspection industry, to evaluate the development of the health inspection system, to analyze the issues and challenges, and to give some suggestions. 611 health inspection institutions from 31 provinces, 142 cities and 438 counties were surveyed by questionnaires. 94 principals from health inspection institutions and health bureaus in 7 provinces were interviewed. This project mainly concerned about allocation of resources, implementation and adjustment of the functions, building of capacities, utilization of technical support services, collaborative management and social evaluation in health inspection industry.
