摘  要:目的对近年来我国公共场所集中空调通风系统的清洗效果进行Meta分析。方法检索Pub Med、中国期刊全文数据库和万方数据库,采用2006~2014年间我国公共场所集中空调通风系统清洗前后卫生状况对比的研究文献,对集纳的文献采用Meta分析法进行分析。结果根据文献纳入和排除标准,本研究共纳入14篇文献。由文献可见我国公共场所集中空调通风系统送风中可吸入颗粒物、细菌总数、真菌总数的合并合格率清洗前和清洗后经统计学检验均有显著差异(ρ〈0.05)。结论清洗消毒是改善公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生状况的重要措施,卫生管理部门还需进一步加强监管。Objectives To analyse the cleaning effect of central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings in China. Methods Studies about the hygienic indexes in central air conditioning ventilation systems in public buildings during 2006-2014 were searched by Pub Med, CNKI and Wanfang databases, and comparison about the hygienic indexes before and after central air conditioning ventilation systems cleaned. Pooled estimates were summarized by Meta-analysis.Results Based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, 14 eligible studies were included in this Meta-analysis. Before central air conditioning ventilation systems cleaned, the pooled qualified rate of PM10, total bacteria count, total fungi count in supply air samples were of the pooled qualified rates of PM10 between before and after central air conditioning ventilation systems cleaned, and there were significant differences( ρ 〈 0.05) of the pooled qualified rates of other hygienic indexes. Conclusions Cleaning and disinfecting is an important measure for the sanitary conditions of central air conditioning ventilation system in public buildings, so heath management departments need to further strengthen supervision.
