摘　　要：主要介绍了日本特殊钢棒线材的生产发展状况和日本神户制钢、JFE、新日铁等企业的新工艺，以及日本企业生产的一些新产品。此外，分品种详细论述了我国特殊钢棒线材的发展现状，并分析了我国特殊钢棒线材发展存在的问题，最后结合日本特殊铜棒线材发展经验，提出我国棒线材企业今后的发展方向。The production development status of special steel wire rod and bar in Japan, the new technology and some new products of Kobe Steel, JFE, Nippon Steel and other enterprises were introduced in this paper. In addition, this paper discussed and analyzed the development situation and the existing problems of special steel wire rod and bar in China. At last, combined with Japanese development experience, the future development direction of Chinese companies was put forward.
