摘  要:中厚板轧制采用四辊可逆式轧机,因其转动方式可逆,所以比普通四辊轧机有着更难控制的主传动稳定性问题。通过研究四辊轧机主传动万向接轴摆动、工作辊扁头断裂和辊系窜动等现象并确定了其影响因素,对轧机和主电机中心线的偏移距离进行了适当调整,最终提高了主传动的稳定性。The stability control of the main drive system for four-high reversing mill is more difficult than common fourhigh mill because of its reversible working mode. This paper studied on the stability problems of the main drive system of four-roller reversing mill such as the swing of universal joint axis, the fracture of work roll wobbler and bulk movement of work roll, and then confirmed theirs influencing factors. The offset distance of the center line of the rolling mill and main drive motor have been appropriately adjusted, eventually improving the stability of the main drive system.
