摘　　要：针对莱钢冶炼SPHC系列低碳低硅钢回硅控制难度大的问题，结合回硅的理论基础知识，详细剖析了冶炼SPHC系列低碳低硅钢回硅的影响因素，根据分析结果对实际生产过程各个环节提出了详细的控制措施，并对控制情况进行了效果验证。In order to solve the difficult problem of smelting SPHC low carbon and low silicon steel silicon pick-up control in Lai Steel, this article analyzed the influence factors of silicon content pick-up in the process of smelting SPHC low carbon and low silicon steel in detail, according to theory foundation knowledge, put forward to the detailed control measures in various links of the actual production process, and verified the control effect.
