摘  要:通过体视显微镜观察和测定在高温下的存活率,研究了钩纹皮蠹的外部形态特征和耐受最高温度,描述了钩纹皮蠹卵、幼虫、蛹、成虫4个虫态的外部形态,发现成虫的抗高温能力最强,其耐受最高温度高达46℃,其次为蛹44℃,幼虫43℃,卵最弱,只有33℃。此研究旨为以后研究钩纹皮蠹的生物学特性及防治打下基础。The morphological characteristics and high temperature resistance of Dermestes ater Degeer were studied through observation by stereomicroscope and determinated survival rate in high temperature. The morphological characteristics of egg, larva, pupa and adult of Dermestes ater Degeer were described. It was shown that the adult's high temperature resistance was best, which was 46℃ And then pupa's was 44℃ and larva's was 43℃. The egg's high temperature resistance was least, which was only 33℃. The study foundations of the insect's biological characteristics and pest control were established by this study.
