摘 要:用活性红195对聚(苯乙烯(St)-丙烯酸丁酯(BA)-对乙烯基苄基三甲基氯化铵(VBT))纳米球进行染色,制得具有反应性的P(St-BA-VBT)/染料复合纳米球。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、纳米粒度和Zeta电位分析仪等对纳米球进行表征,并探索了染料用量、染色温度、染色时间、染液pH对纳米球上染料吸附量的影响。结果表明,P(St-BA-VBT)/染料复合纳米球表面光滑、粒径均一,与未染色纳米球相比,粒径增加了12.8nm;Zeta电位由56.7mV降低至-38.6mV。随着染料用量的增加、染色温度的升高、染色时间的延长、染液pH的降低,纳米球上的染料吸附量增加;当染料质量为纳米球质量的5.25%,染色温度为65°C,染色时间为90min时,纳米球上染料吸附量达到饱和。Reactive P (St-BA-VBT)/dye composite nanospheres were prepared hy dyeing poly(styrene (SO-butyl acrylate(BA)-vinylbenzyl trimethylammonium chloride(VBT)) nanospheres with reactive red 195. The nanoparticles were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), nano-particle size and Zeta potential analyzer. The effects of dye content, dyeing temperature, dyeing time, bath pH on the adsoption quantities of dyes on the nanospheres were investigated. Results showed that P(St-BA-VBT)/ dye composite nanospheres had uniform particle size and smooth surface. The diameter increased by 12.8 nm compared with the uncolored nanospheres and Zeta potential changed from 56. 7 mV to -38. 6 inV. Increasing dye dosage, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and decreasing bath pH, the adsorption quantities of dyes on the nanospheres increased. When the mass ratio of dye dosage to nanosphere was 5.25%, dyeing temperature was 65 ℃ and dyeing time was 90 min, the adsorption quantities of dyes on the nanospheres reached saturation.
