中药八正散预防痔瘘手术后尿潴留的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药八正散预防痔瘘术后患者尿潴留的效果。方法:将2013年2月至10月120例痔瘘手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各60例。实验组术后2h给予八正散50m L/次,每3h1次,直到排尿为止;对照组给予痔瘘术后常规护理,观察两组患者尿潴留发生情况及第一次排尿时间。结果:实验组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组,第一次排尿时间明显提前,两组比较差异有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:口服八正散能有效预防痔瘘术后患者尿潴留。Objective：To observe the effect of Bazhengsan on preventing postoperative urine retention after hemorrhoids fistula operation.Method：120 patients after hemorrhoids fistula operation were randomized into two groups from Feb 2.013 to Oct.2013.Patients in the experimental group（n=60） received Bazhengsan treatment at 2 hours postoperatively,while patients in the control group（ n=60） received routine nursing.The difference of the rate of urine retention and the frist time of urination after operation were compared between two groups.Result：In the experimental group,the rate of urine retention was lower and the frist time of urina-tion after operation was shorter.The differences between the two groups were significant（p＆lt;0.01）.Conclu-sion：Bazhengsan can effectively prevent postoperative urine retention after hemorrhoids fistula operation.
