摘  要:目的观察针药配合功能训练治疗中风后肩手综合征的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后肩手综合征患者随机分为治疗组30例,对照组30例,治疗组予以针药配合功能训练,对照组予以功能训练。治疗前后采用手部肿胀程度测量、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)、肩关节活动度量表、简化Fugl-Meyer上肢运动功能评分(FMA)量表对患者的手部肿胀、疼痛、肩关节活动度及上肢运动功能进行疗效评价。结果两组治疗后与治疗前比较,均能不同程度地减轻手肿及疼痛,扩大肩关节活动度和改善上肢运动功能(P<0.01),且治疗组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针药配合功能训练综合疗法可提高中风后肩手综合征的疗效,优于单纯功能训练。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medicine and ftmction training in treating post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Method Sixty patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomized into a treatment group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture plus medicine and functional training, while the control group was only by functional training. Before and after intervention, the hand swelling degree, Visual Analogue Scale (VAS), shoulder joint motion scale, Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scale were used to measure the swelling and pain of hand, motion of shoulder, and motor function of upper limb. Result After intervention, the swelling and pain of hand, motion range of shoulder and motor function of upper limb were significantly improved in both groups (P〈0.01), and the improvements in the treatment group were more significant than that in the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture plus medicine and function training can enhance the efficacy in treating post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome, superior to pure function training.
