焦虑障碍的心率变异性异常及其针刺干预研究分析

摘　　要：心率变异性(heart rate variability,HRV)是衡量心脏自主神经功能活动可靠、无害及敏感的新型指标。焦虑障碍常伴自主神经功能紊乱,以HRV异常为主要体征。针刺可影响HRV各项指标,纠正HRV的异常,改善心脏自主神经功能的紊乱,从而缓解焦虑状态。该文将近年来焦虑障碍HRV的异常、针刺对HRV的影响以及针刺调节焦虑障碍HRV异常的研究进行整理分析,拟为临床治疗焦虑障碍HRV异常提供针刺干预依据。Heart rate variability （HRV） is a reliable, innocuous and sensitive new index to measure cardiac autonomic nervous function. Anxiety disorder is often accompanied by autonomic nerve dysfunction and its main sign is abnormal HRV. Acupuncture can affect HRV indices, correct abnormal HRV and improve cardiac autonomic nerve dysfunction to relieve anxiety. This article sorts out and analyzes recent years＇ studies on abnormal HRV in anxiety disorder, the effect of acupuncture on HRV and acupuncture regulation of abnormal HRV in anxiety disorder to provide a therapeutic basis for clinical acupuncture intervention in abnormal HRV in anxiety disorder.
