摘　　要：适应经济发展新常态,继续推动天津现代都市型农业发展走在全国前列,关键是落实"菜篮子"产品供给区、农业高新技术产业示范区和农产品物流中心区"三区"新目标任务,重点是坚持绿色化、集约化、功能化"三化"发展新思路,挖掘用好改革活力、科技动力和政府市场合力"三力"。To adapt to the economic new normal, and promote Tianjin modern urban agriculture development on the leading edge, the key is to accomplish building the non-staple food supply area, agricultural high-tech industries demonstration zone and agricultural products logistics center, the point is adhere to the new think of greening, intensive and functional, and it will take advantage of rural reform, agricultural science and technology, combined force of government and market.
