摘　　要：农村基础性、生产性固定资产投资可以催生新型农业生产经营主体和完善现代农业生产体系,激活农村"三权"要素的资本化、证券化,实现生产要素在城乡间的双向良性流动,有效增加农民收入。笔者采用中国1991—2011年的数据建立动态计量经济模型,分析农村固定资产投资对农民的增收效应,研究发现农村固定资产投资与农民收入之间存在均衡关系和显著的因果关系,农村固定资产投资可以持久显著的增加农村居民人均纯收入,缩小城乡收入差距。Rural basic, productive investment in fixed assets can breeds new agricultural business entities and perfect the modern agricultural production system, activate of capitalization, securitization of the rural ＂three right＂ elements, realize bidirectional benign movement of factors of production between urban and rural areas, increased the farmers＇ income effectively. This paper analysed the effects of rural fixed assets investment on farmers＇ income using an econometric model, based on the relevant data from 1991 to 2011. The research showed that there existed equilibrium relationship and causal relationship between rural fixed asset investment and farmers＇ income, rural fixed asset investment could increase the farmers＇ income with strong endurance and greater efforts, and reduce urban-rural income gap.
