摘　　要：我国失地农民属于文化素质不高、劳动技能单一、资金匮乏的一类群体,而地方政府又对失地农民的就业安置问题关注不够,使得失地农民就业问题成为影响他们生存和发展的难题,也影响整个国民经济的发展。本文在分析失地农民就业的现状与困境后,提出相应的对策,以期改善失地农民的不利处境。Most landless peasants in China belongs to the low culture quality and low skills, money less vulnerable groups, and local governments pay not enough attention on landless peasants＇ job placement. The employment problem of the landless peasants become a problem affecting their survival and development, also affect the development of the whole national economy. This article analyzed the landless peasants＇ employment＇s status and predicament, put forward the corresponding countermeasures to improve landless peasants＇ difficult situation.
