摘  要:为了削弱内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩,推导了磁极偏移后齿槽转矩的表达式,分析了齿槽转矩与偏移角度的关系。以一台8槽6极内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机为例,对比分析了不同偏移角度下的齿槽转矩,同时给出了确定最佳偏移角度的方法。通过解析法的分析和有限元仿真结果表明,采用磁极偏移方法,偏移合适的角度能显著地削弱内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机的齿槽转矩。该文为内置式"一"型单相永磁同步电动机齿槽转矩的优化提供了一定的参考依据。In order to reduce the cogging torque of built-in " one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor, the expression of cogghlg torque after the pole shift was derived and the relationship between cogging torque and off- set angle was analyzed. Taking an 8 slots 6 phases built-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor for example, cogging torques under different offset angle were analyzed, and the method to determine the optimal offset an- gle was given. Through the analysis of analytical method and finite element simulation results show that poles shift, shift op- timal angle can significantly reduce the cogging torque of built-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor. This paper provided some reference for the optimization of cogging torque in the buih-in "one" type single-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor.
