摘 要:双感应-聚焦侧向测井资料能求取地层真实电阻率,利用曲线差异可有效识别地层水淹层,快速评价低电阻率油层;利用资料反演技术还可确定地层渗透等特性。在实际应用双感应-聚焦侧向测井过程中,仪器老化和电路设计缺陷等造成测井资料失真或很难取全取准资料的情况时有发生。通过分析,其主要原因是仪器发射模块稳定性差,故文章重新设计了新式的高稳定性发射电路,解决了在高温环境下、双感应-聚焦侧向测井仪长时间作业时不稳定的问题。The data of dual induction focused lateral logging tool can obtain real information of resistivity, and the difference of curve can be used to effectively identify the water flooded layer, then evaluate the low resistivity oil layer quickly. It also can determines the stratigraphic permeability by using data inversion. In the practical application, the logging data distortion may caused by the aging equipment or circuit design defects, which is so often appeared in the logging work. After the analysis, we found the low stability of the old transmitter is one of the main reason. In that case, the redesigned transmitter circuit has a high stability, it solved the instability problem for dual induction fo- cused lateral logging tool which was working in high temperature for a long time.
