摘 要:通过显微组织分析方法,研究了MA百分含量、形状、尺寸及分布情况对高钢级X80管线钢强度和韧性的影响规律。结果表明:MA是提高高强管线钢强度的重要手段之一,随着其含量的增加,管线钢的屈服和抗拉强度均增大;韧性主要取决于MA的形状系数,随着L/W比值增大,冲击韧性及落锤纤维率明显恶化。当MA尺寸在1μm左右、形状呈椭球状、均匀、弥散的分布于晶界处时,高钢级厚壁X80管线钢低温落锤SA%在95%以上,冲击功在300 J以上。Through the microstructure analysis method to study the MA percentage, shape, size and distribution of high grade X80 pipeline steel with thick wall the influence law of strength and toughness. The results show that MA is one of the important means to improve the strength of high strength pipeline steel, with the increase of the contente, the yield and tensile strength pipeline steel increase; toughness is mainly depends on the MA shape factor, with the L/W ratio increases, the toughness and DWTF was significantly worsen. When MA size around 1 μm, ellipsoid shape is spherical, uniform, dispersion in the distribution of grain boundary, high grade X80 pipeline steel DW3T test SA% over 95%, the impact energy is more than 300 J.
