一步法合成八甲硫基四氮杂钴卟啉研究

摘　　要：为简化金属氮杂卟啉的合成路线,探索合成金属卟啉合成的新路径。我们以顺式-1,2-二氰基-1,2-乙二硫钠盐为原料,与碘甲烷发生取代生成前驱体双甲硫基马来二腈,在1,8-二氮杂二环十一碳-7-烯(DBU)的催化下以醋酸钴为模板一步法成功得到八甲硫基四氮杂钴卟啉,产率达到36%,并以1H-NMR、UV-Vis和MALDI-TOF MS等技术对各步产物进行了表征。To simplify the method for the synthesis of metaloporphyrazine and develop a new approach for the synthesis of metaloporphyrazine, Sodium （Z）1,2-dicyanoethene-1,2-bis（thiolate） was reacted with iodomethane to synthesize 2,3-bis（methylthio）maleonitrile.Co2＋ion in Co（OAc）2 was used as template to synthesize complex of cobalt octakis（methylthio） porphyrazin catalysed by 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene（DBU） in butanol.The synthesised compound was characterized by 1 H-NMR, UV-Vis and MALDI-TOF MS.
