摘  要:清管质量与管道的运行效率息息相关,本文通过对清管器理想状态和实际情况进行分析,确定了清管器运行的影响参数,并通过相关计算进一步定量分析了压力、压差、气量、高程、污物量等相关影响因素对清管器运行的影响程度。最后由实际工况数据可知:对清管器运行的影响因素的程度大小依次为压差、高程、推球气量和进、出口压力。The quality of pipeline cleaning and the efficiency of pipeline operation are closely relate , the analysis of the ideal and the actual situation can determine operation parameters of pipeline cleaning.Through related calculation , influencing factors were further quantitative analyzed , such as the pressure and differential pressure , volume, elevation, the amount of contaminants to the tube of the influence degree of the operation.The actual working condition of date showed that the level of the influence factors of pipeline cleaning was followed by differential pressure , elevation , the gas of pushing the ball , inlet and outlet pressure.
