摘  要:《精细化工过程与设备》是一门精细化工专业必修课,为帮助学生掌握多组分精馏分离的气液相平衡基本理论,结合橙皮油多组分气液平衡案例,探讨了Aspen Plus软件在多组分相平衡案例教学中的应用。实践表明,采用流程模拟软件借助橙皮油多组分气液平衡案例辅助课程教学的方法,使学生加深了气液平衡内容的深刻理解,有助于培养学生利用流程模拟技术解决工程实际问题的能力,从而提高了课程的教学质量,提升了学生的综合素质。The process and Equipment of Fine Chemical Engineering is a compulsory course in the major of chemical engineering.In order to help university student master basic principle of gas -liquid phase balance in multi-component rectifying separation , the software of Aspen Plus could be used and discussed through the teaching case of multi -component phase balance , such as the case of orange peel oil multi-component phase balance.The practice had proved that adopting the process simulation software combined with the assistance of the case of orange peel oil multi -component phase balance in teaching method could make a lot of benefits in many respects , not only broad their horizon , reinforce the understanding of the gas-liquid balance , but also improve the capacity in dealing with the practical engineering problems with the technological assistance of chemical process simulation.In the long run , the comprehensive quality both in teaching method and in students'individual could be increased gradually.
