摘 要:为了解决需从飞机上拆下机件才能实施故障隔离存在的不足,设计了基于LRU接口的航空通信系统动态模拟仿真实验台。该实验台根据某型航空通信系统组成机件的接口信号特性,利用工控机为系统的显示、控制和数据处理核心,通过扩展机件仿真接口、数字I/O、A/D等嵌入式接口卡,将调理适配器、程控数字表和无线电综合测试仪等设备集成为一个具有模拟操作、接口仿真、性能测试等功能的动态模拟仿真平台。通过仿真设置典型接口信号,可进行故障再现,较好地解决了需拆除机件才能隔离故障的难题。应用结果表明:该试验台具有功能强、性能稳定、操作简便和应用范围广等特点,已成功应用于部队、院校和航修厂等多个单位。Dynamic simulation tester for aviation communication system based on LRU interface is designed to solve the shortcoming of removing parts from the airplane for fault isolation. According to the interface signal of LRU for some aviation communication, industrial computer is used to be display, control and signal processor through expanding embedded interface board such as simulation interface of LRU, I/O, A/D and so on. The dynamic simulation tester for aviation communication system is to be composed of adapter and multi-meter and integrated tester for radio by using technology of computer simulation, auto-control and VI. The tester has some function such as simulation operation, interface emulation, performance test and so on. The representative fault is reappearance through setting some signal, so the problem that must remove LRU from the airplane for fault isolation is solved. The result indicates that the tester has the characteristic of power function, stabilization, convenience and expansibility, so it has been successfully used for army, university and aero repairing factory.
