摘  要:考察了钛白粉和硅藻土对聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVA)乳液基膨胀型防火涂料耐火性能的影响。结果表明:钛白粉的加入可提高炭层膨胀高度、增强炭层连续性、提高耐火时间,钛白粉的最佳添加量为11.8%;硅藻土的加入能够显著提高炭层的抗氧化性,减少烧蚀率,硅藻土的最佳添加量为5%。The influences of titanium dioxide and diatomaceous earth on the fire resistance of PVA based intumescent fire retardant coatings were investigated. The results showed that titanium dioxide could improve the height and continuity of intumescent carbon layer, as well as fire retardant time, and its optimum adding amount was 11.8%. Meanwhile, diatomaceous earth could significantly improve the oxidation resistance of intumescent carbon layer and the ablation rate, and the optimum adding amount was 5%.
