摘 要:目前高校教师考核工作存在较多不足,尤其是缺少科学规范的考核标准和评价方法,导致考核工作存在较大的盲目性和随意性。而考核指标定性多,定量少,主观成分多,客观标准少的情况,使得考核工作片面性、主观性加强,不容易得到教职工的认可。针对上述问题,研究将教学工作评价划分为4大类12小类评价指标;其次对指标进行反余切函数标准化,通过1-9标度法构造间接判断矩阵设置权重;最后开发评价系统并实现数据可视化。At present, there are many problems in the assessment of teachers, especially the lack of scientific and standardized assessment criteria, leading to the existence of assessment of the blind and random. And assessment of qualitative indicators, less quantitative, subjective elements, objective standard less, and makes assessment work one sidedness and subjectivity of strengthening, decline in the assessment of the quality and authority, is not easy to get faculty are widely recognized. In view of the above problems, the evaluation of teaching work is divided into 4 categories and 12subclasses of evaluation index; secondly, the cotangent function standardization of index; thirdly, set the weight; finally, development of evaluation system and implementation for data visualization.
