摘　　要：无级变速器(CVT)没有普通自动挡变速箱的传动齿轮,所以就没有自动挡变速箱的换挡过程,由此带来的换档顿挫感也随之消失,动力输出呈线性,在实际驾驶中非常平顺.而机电控制式无级变速器(EM-CVT)的控制更加简单,响应更快,从而使整车性能、耗油、废气排放的平衡,都更容易达到.文中利用AVL Cruise仿真软件,进行了EM-CVT传动系统建模仿真分析.应用该软件建立的车辆动力传动系统模型更容易调试且直观性强,不仅可以节省大量时间,而且便于分析仿真结果以及修正参数,从而快速完成系统的设计.Continuous variable transmission has no transmission gear of the conventional automatic transmis-sion, so it also has no the shifting process of a conventional automatic transmission, and then, the feeling of jogg-ling disappear, the power output is linear, so the ride comfort is better in actual driving.However, the control of EM-CVT is more simple and faster.so the balance of vehicle performance, fuel consumption, exhaust emis-sions are more likely to achieve.This article based on the function characteristics of AVL Cruise, the modeling and emulation of powertrain system with EM-CVT is conducted.Vehicle powertrain system which establish by the software has the characteristics of easy to debug, intuitive etc, not only save lot of time, but it is convenient to analyze and study the simulation results and correct parameters, and then complete the system design inside shorter time.
