摘　　要：工会工作的宗旨任务、运行机制、工作模式、职能条块既有相对成熟和稳定的一面,也有各行其是、观念老套、方式方法不适应时代的一面。对工会工作基本内容的模块集成和系统结构有一个解构性的认识和梳理十分必要。有了对工会工作模块系统结构的清晰认知,工会的社会政治价值才会得到大的提升、才会真正得到广大会员的认同。The purpose of the task, operation mechanism and mode, function block in trade union work is a relatively mature and stable, but there are the drawbacks of stereotypes which can not adapt to the times. It is necessary to realize the integration of modules and the structure of the basic content of the trade union work. With a clear understanding of the structure of the work module of the trade unions, the Union＇s social and political value will be a big upgrade, and will really get the recognition of the majority of members.
