摘　　要：西城区各级工会组织深入学习贯彻党的十八届三中、四中全会、中国工会十六大和北京市工会十三大会议精神,认真落实市总工会基层组织建设工作目标任务,按照"1+9"文件要求,着力推动建会、建家工作统筹发展,加强了基层工会组织和职工之家规范化建设工作,进一步扩大了工会组织覆盖面,增强了工会组织的凝聚力。Trade unions at all levels of Xicheng District have in-depth study and implement the party＇s eighth session of the third and fourth plenary session, China Federation of trade unions, the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Beijing Municipal Trade Union Congress meeting spirit, earnestly implement the City Federation of trade unions of basic level to organize construction work objectives and tasks. In accordance with the requirements of the ＂9 ＋ 1＂ file, efforts to promote construction trade unions, constructing homes development, strengthen the grassroots trade unions and workers standardized construction work, to further expand the coverage of trade union organizations, and enhance the cohesion of trade union organizations.
