摘 要:研究草莓中14种有机磷农药残留量的气相色谱测定方法,采用乙腈提取,DB-1701P柱分离,FPD检测器检测,外标法定量。14种有机磷农药在12 min内获得良好的分离,线性相关系数为0.999 90~0.999 98,检测限可达0.01~0.04 mg/kg,当添加水平为0.4 mg/kg时,回收率范围为87.8%~104.1%,相对标准偏差为5.5%~10.7%。该法快速灵敏,且易操作,满足残留分析的要求。A method for determination of 14 organophosphorns pesticides residue in strawberry by gas chromatography was investigated.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,then separated in a DB-1701P column and detected with FPD detector.An external standard was used for quantitative analysis. The fourteen pesticides could be well separated within 12 min ,the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.999 90 to 0.999 98 ,the detection limits were 0.01-0.04 mg/kg.As a spiked level was 0.4 mg/kg, the recovery of the method for the pesticides were 87.8%- 104.1%, with relative standard deviations of 5.5%-10.7%.The method was quick, sensitive and easy in operation, and it could fit for the requirements of residue analysis.
