143名雷达接触者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的分析

摘　　要：目的:观察雷达接触者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化特点。方法:分别取100μl抗凝血加入3个试管中,各试管中分别加入荧光素标记单克隆抗体CD4-FITC/CD8-PE/CD3-PC5、CD3-FITC/CD19-PE、CD3-FITC/CD16+CD56-PE各20μl,应用三色荧光流式细胞仪进行检测,应用ELITE4.5软件进行参数分析。结果:143例雷达接触者CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK和CD3-CD19+细胞的检测值分别(71.08±9.86)%、(35.34±7.02)%、(31.59±8.25)%、(1.21±0.48)%、(14.60±7.79)%、(7.23±2.90)%;CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+/CD8+、NK和CD3-CD19+细胞的异常检出率分别为17.5%、21.7%、24.5%、23.8%、11.2%和42.7%,其中CD3+CD4+、CD3-CD19+细胞检出值和CD4+/CD8+比值均低于正常参考值,CD3+CD8+细胞检出值高于正常参考值,CD3+和NK细胞检出值低于或高于正常参考值,但于前者为多见。结论:部分受检的雷达接触者细胞、体液免疫功能出现异常,主要表现为CD3-CD19+细胞减少,CD3+CD4+细胞减少和CD3+CD8+细胞增高,CD4+/CD8+比值降低,NK细胞为减低为多见。Objective：To explore the variation of lymphocytes subsets in peripheral blood of radar contact persons.Method：Each test tube was added 100 ul anticoagulated blood and 20 ul antibody CD4-FITC/CD8-PE/CD3-PC5,CD3-FITC/CD19-PE,CD3-FITC/CD16＋CD56-PE respectively.Then each sample was tested by the three colour fluorescence flow cytometry.The data were analysised by ELITE4.5software.Result：The detection results of CD3＋,CD3＋CD4＋,CD3＋CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,NK and CD3-CD19＋for 143 radar soldiers were（71.08±9.86）%,（35.34±7.02）%,（31.59±8.25）%,（1.21±0.48）%,（14.60±7.79）% and（7.23±2.90）%,respectively.The abnormal detection results for CD3＋,CD3＋CD4＋,CD3＋CD8＋,CD4＋/CD8＋,NK and CD3-CD19＋were 17.5%,21.7%,24.5%,23.8%,11.2% and 42.7%,respectively.The CD3＋CD4＋,CD3-CD19＋and the rate of CD4＋/CD8＋were lower than normal value.The CD3＋CD8＋were higher than normal value.The CD3＋and NK were lower or higher than normal value,but the lower values were common.Conclusion：The cell and humoral immune function for 143 radar contact persons were abnormal,the CD3-CD19＋,CD3＋CD4＋and NKcells were reduced,the rate of CD4＋/CD8＋were lower and the CD3＋CD8＋cells were raised.
