摘 要:对应用Quadrant可扩张通道系统手段治疗椎间盘突出症进行临床疗效的观察并对比常规的传统手术治疗方法,探索治疗椎间盘突出症的最佳方案,并对其临床价值作出评价。方法:选取2013年3月~2014年3月来我院就诊的椎间盘突出症患者88例,按照实验方法随机分为两组,即治疗组(Quadrant可扩张通道系统)和对照组(常规传统手术方法)各44例,比较两组手术前后的各项指标,包括出血量、手术切口的长度以及手术后恢复情况、下地时间、住院时间等,并采用VAS视觉模拟法评定疼痛效果,Macnab评定疗效标准,所有患者随访一年。结果:治疗组在手术过程中的出血量、手术切口长度均优于对照组,且术后下地时间和住院时间均明显少于对照组,用Macnab评定治疗组有效率为93.2%;对照组为89.1%;VAS模拟法评定疼痛效果治疗组明显轻于对照组,两组差异显著性大(P〈0.05),有统计学意义。结论:应用Quadrant可扩张通道系统治疗椎间盘突出症比常规的传统手术治疗疗效更显著,值得临床上大力推广和使用。objective : application of Quadrant may expand channel system approach in the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation clinical curative effect observation and comparison of conventional traditional surgical treatment method, the best way to explore the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation, and evaluate its clinical value. Selection methods : March 2013 - March 2014 to our hospital 88 cases of intervertebral disc herniation patients, according to the experimental method were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group (Quadrant may expand channel system) and the control group (normal traditional surgical method) the 44 cases, comparing the indicators of the two groups before and after surgery, including blood loss, the length of the incision and recovery after surgery, down time, length of hospital stay, etc., and USES the simulation method to assess pain VAS vision effect, Macnab curative effect evaluation standard, all patients were followed up for one year. Results : treatment group in the process of surgery, blood loss, length of incision, the change of creatine kinase were superior to control group, and the down time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly less than the control group, with Macnab to assess treatment group effective rate was 93.2% ; The control group is 89.1% ; Pain VAS simulation method to assess effect of treatment group was obviously lighter than the control group, the big difference between the two groups significantly (P 〈 0.05), with statistical significance, Conclusion : application of Quadrant can expand channel system in the treatment of intervertebral disc herniation treatment curative effect is more significant than regular traditional operation, is worth promoting and clinical use.
