摘  要:以花岗岩废渣为主要原料,用熔融法制备了以Zr O2为晶核剂的R2O-Mg O-Al2O3-Si O2(RMAS)系微晶玻璃。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试方法研究了晶化温度对RMASZ系微晶玻璃的晶相组成、显微结构以及力学性能的影响。结果表明,随晶化温度升高,玻璃中依次析出翡翠石、镁铝硅酸盐、顽火辉石、四方Zr O2、尖晶石晶体。经780℃核化1 h、1 160℃晶化2 h热处理后,其四点抗弯强度达到114.56 MPa。With granite residual as the raw materials,R2 O-MgO-Al2 O 3-SiO 2-ZrO 2 (RMASZ)system glass-ce-ramics containing ZrO 2 as nucleation agent were prepared by melting technique.The crystal phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),X-ray diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM),etc.Results indicate that jadeite, magnesium aluminum silicate,enstatite,t-ZrO 2 and spinel crystallized orderly with the increasing crystallization temperature.Furthermore,the glass-ceramics,nucleated at 780 ℃ for 1 h and crystallized at 1 1 60 ℃ for 2 h, have excellent mechanical properties and the four-point flexural strength was 1 14.56 MPa.
