3/2及双母接线方式下沟通三跳应用分析

摘　　要：由于线路保护装置沟通三跳回路存在设计多样化和接线较复杂的特点,部分运维人员对"沟通三跳"的含义不能正确理解,造成现场沟通三跳压板投退不规范,给电网稳定运行带来一定的隐患。通过分析3/2和双母接线方式下各种"沟通三跳"功能的实现方式,使运维人员掌握不同保护装置沟通三跳功能的实现方式,正确认识沟通三跳压板的含义。最后,结合南方电网相关技术规范对"沟通三跳"回路的维护提出了应对策略及建议,规范现场沟通三跳压板的投退,确保运维人员操作的正确性。Because of the diversification designs and complex connection wires of communication triple trip circuit of line protection devices, part of operation and maintenance personnel cannot understand correctly the conception of ＂communication triple trip＂ , which caused the unstandardizedinputting and exiting operations of the ＂communication triple trip＂ plate in field and brought certain hidden troubles to the security operation of power grid. Realization methods of every kind of ＂communication triple trip＂ functions under 3/2 connection mode ; double-bus connection mode are analyzed, which can help operation and maintenance personnel grasp the realization method of ＂communication triple trip＂ function in different protection devices, and understand correctly the meaning of the ＂communication triple trip＂ plate. Finally, corresponding strategies and suggestions on the maintenance of ＂communication triple trip＂ circuit are proposed combining with the relevant technical specifications in Southern Power Grid, which can standardize the field inputting and exiting operations of ＂communication triple trip＂ plate, and guarantee the operation correctness of operation and maintenance personnel.
