摘　　要：断路器内部的动作计数器能有效监视断路器运行状态,但在运行过程中故障频发。为了提高动作计数器的可靠性,分析一起瞬时带电型动作计数器无法正常动作的原因。介绍了长期带电型和瞬时带电型动作计数器的工作原理。通过仔细检查二次回路,并测试故障动作计数器的最低动作电压及断路器合闸瞬间其两端电压,发现其无法正常动作的原因是断路器合闸时,施加在动作计数器两端的电压低于其最低动作电压。现有的技术规范中无断路器动作计数器最低动作电压相关要求,对此提出了改进意见。The operation counter in circuit breaker can effectively monitor the operation state of circuit breaker, but the fault of operation counter happens frequently during the operation process. In order to improve the reliability of operation counter, the reason of malfunction of an instantaneous chargedtype operation counter is analyzed. The working principles of long chargedtype and instantaneous chargedtype operation counters are introduced. By checking secondary circuit carefully, and testing the minimum action voltage of the fault operation counter and the instantaneous voltage between two terminals of the operation counter at the closing moment of circuit breaker, it is found that the reason of the malfunction is because the voltage applied between two terminals of the operation counter is lower than its minimum action voltage. There are no relevant requirements about the minimum action voltage of the operation counter in circuit breaker in existing technical specifications, about which improvement suggestions are proposed.
