摘  要:简要分析水位测站高程基准的稳定性因素,指出高程基准的稳定性关乎水位监测的可靠性与准确性。基于上海地区水准点稳定影响因素,提出了测站基本水准点常年自校检验、定期联入水准网全网平差等测站基本水准点稳定控制技术措施及关键控制点,对确保防汛、水资源调度、水文分析等工作的科学性起到了重要作用。A brief analysis of stability factors of stage gauging station's elevation datum, this paper points out the accuracy and reliability of height datum stability in relation to stage observation .Based on the stability factors of benchmark in Shanghai, this paper proposes station basic benchmark perennial self verifying, regularly into the leveling network adjustment and other basic benchmark stabilization control technical measures and key control points, to ensure the scientific flood control and water resources scheduling, hydrological analysis and other work played important rolls as well.
