摘　　要：智慧档案馆是智慧城市背景下档案馆进化发展的高级形态。本文在介绍了智慧城市的起源、内涵基础上,论述了面向智慧城市的档案信息集成服务应具备的三大功能,剖析了我国智慧档案馆的建设现状,提出了面向智慧城市的我国智慧档案馆建设的措施策略,即物联网、云计算、移动互联网技术的综合应用,以人为本理念的深入贯彻和档案信息集成服务的全面融合。Smart archives are the advanced forms of archives under the background of smart city. The paper has introduced the origin and connotation of smart city, discussed the three function of archival information＂ s integration services faced to smart city, analyzed the construction status of the construction of smart archives, raised measures of the construction of smart archives faced to smart city, including the integrated application of the internet of things, cloud computing and mobile internet, the deep implement of people-oriented concept, full integration of archival information＇ s integration services.
