摘　　要：【目的】调查武警某部干部在健康体检中发生体检项目漏项情况并分析原因。【方法】随机抽取2013年1月至2013年12月来我院体检中心团体参检的某部干部作为本次实验研究对象,分析发生漏检项目的原因。【结果】漏检年龄性别分析:本次应体检人数为452人,其中男246人,女206人,女性未参加率9.22%,高于男性1.63%(χ2=13.40,P=0.000),参加体检干部中女性漏检率43.85%,高于男性20.25%(χ2=27.70,P=0.000)。男性漏检项目相对较高的是:耳鼻喉科漏检率14.88%,口腔检查8.68%,外科检查4.96%;女性集中在妇产科检查20.86%,耳鼻喉科14.97%,口腔检查达到11.23%。漏检原因分析:男性参检官兵主要认为某些检查项目不重要(73.58%)和不愿意检查(49.06%)。女性参检人员除上述原因外,还担心个人隐私的泄漏(41.58%),有意漏检。【结论】武警参检官兵发生漏检的原因较多,且有性别差异,需要加强体检的各个环节,避免漏检,提高参检率。[Objective]To investigate the occurrence of health examination omission in cadres of some armed police troop and analyze the reasons. [Methods] Cadres examined in our physical-examination center from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly selected. Omitted items, reasons were analyzed. [ Results ] According to the analysis of age and gender, there should be 452 cadres in this physical examination, male 246 and female 206. Female no attendance rate was 9.22%, higher than male 1.63% （X2=13.40, P=0.000）, while female physical examination omission rate was 43.85%, higher than male 20.25% （X2=27.70, P=0.O00）. As for the omitted items, male health examination omission rates were relatively higher in： otolaryngology 14.88%, oral examination 8.68% and surgical examination 4.96%; while female omission rates were higher in obstetrics and gynecology examination 20.86%, 0tolaryngology 14.97% and oral examination ! 11.23%. The analysis of omission reasons showed that male soldiers mainly considered some items to be unimportant （73.58%） ~d were unwilling to be examined （49.06%）. Besides the above reasons, some female cadres worried about the leakage of personal privacy （41158%） and chose intentional omission. [Conclusion] The omission reasons are various in the armed police soldiers, and there is also gender difference. Physical examination management should be strengthened in all aspects. Thus health examination omission can be avoided and examination rate can be improved.
