摘　　要：截瘫后肠道动力障碍导致生活质量明显下降,同时由于动力不足所造成的并发症也严重影响到患者的身心健康及生命。骶神经电刺激作为一种新型手段,通过刺激骶神经来调节肠道功能,促进动力,改善肠道功能,已经逐渐应用于临床。The intestinal motility disorders after paraplegia resulted in the obvious fall of life quality. On the other hand, the physical and mental health and lifespan of patients were affected by the complications of motility disorders. As a new method, sacral nerve electrical stimulation could regulate intestinal functions and improve bowel motility. Therefore, it was gradually applied to the clinical practice.
