摘 要:煤焦油中的多环芳烃化合物是重要的化工原料,研究煤焦油深加工技术,对提高煤焦油分离效率和焦油利用率有重要意义。综述了煤焦油中重要芳烃组分联苯、萘、蒽、菲、芴的工业生产方法和实验研究进展,重点介绍了武钢焦化的粗蒽、工业萘的生产工艺、上海宝钢化工的精蒽分离精制工艺以及煤转化与新型炭材料湖北省重点实验室近年在煤焦油深加工方面的研究成果。As a chemical by-product of the prefractionation from coal coking units, coal tar contains affluent polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) such as biphenyl, naphthalene, anthracene, phenanthrene, fluorene, etc. These PAHs can be widely used in the synthesis of dye, medicine, pesticides, plastics and novel polymer after being separated and refined. The ways of commercial separation and refining of the main aromatic hydrocarbons as well as the development of their experimental studies were summarized in the paper. Introduced in the paper, in particular, were the manufacturing process of crude anthracene and crude naphthalene of Wuhan Pingdingh refined anthracene in Baosteel Chemical in the recent years by the Key Laboratory an Joint Coking Company (WPJCC), the process of separating and refining of the Engineering Co., Ltd. and the achievements obtained in deep processing of the coal tar of Coal Conversion and Novel Carbon Materials of Hubei Province.
