摘 要:通过研究Texaco工艺烧嘴在使用过程中出现的主要损坏形式,提出了Texaco工艺烧嘴冷却水盘管改水夹套的解决方案。此新型水夹套式的冷却水结构,具有独立热应力自调节的设计特性。分别对冷却水盘管和水夹套两种冷却水结构做了数值模拟计算,将两种结果进行对比,结果表明:在工艺烧嘴头部,水夹套冷却方式液流速度远远大于盘管冷却方式的液流速度,使换热效率明显得到了提高;工艺烧嘴头部近壁面处的温度方面,采用水夹套冷却方式比采用盘管冷却方式时降低了304℃,说明水夹套方式更能有效地保护烧嘴头部;水夹套冷却方式在结构上避免了焊缝因热应力而失效的问题;且其采用独特设计的独立应力自调节机构,烧嘴头部不会出现端面裂纹现象。实践证明,水夹套冷却方式延长了原烧嘴的使用寿命,能够为企业带来较好效益。The solution of changing the cooling water coils of the Texaco process burner into a water jacket was proposed based on the study of the major forms of damages that happened during the operation of the Texaco process burner. The new water cooling structure of the water jacket type featured in the design of an independent device for the self-regulation of its thermal stress. Numerical simulations of the two cooling types i.e. the cooling water coils and the water jacket were performed and compared, and the result showed that at the head of the process burner, the flow rate of the cooling water jacket was much faster than that of the cooling coils, which significantly improved the heat transfer efficiency. The temperature at the head of the process burner (nearing the wall surface) of the jacket type was 304 -C lower than that of the coils type, and that indicated that the jacket structure could protect the head of the burner more efficiently. The jacket type could completely avoid structural problems that happened to the welds due to thermal stress failure. Moreover, the unique design of the independent device for the self-regulation of its stress could eliminate problems of end-face cracks at the head of the burner. Facts proved that the water jacket cooling structure could extend the service life of the burner, meanwhile, it could bring benefits to the enterprise.
