摘  要:针对云南煤业能源股份有限公司在师宗地区5.5 m捣固焦炉入炉煤水分偏高的问题,引进了转筒式煤调湿系统,介绍了该煤调湿系统的组成和工作原理。针对煤调湿系统在应用中遇到的具体问题,通过优化改造扬料板、导料溜槽、托轮挡轮等结构,并对工艺作试验性调整,总结形成了不同生产条件下的工艺控制要点,发挥了该煤调湿系统的效用。The 5.5 m stamp-charged coke oven of the Yunnan Coal & Energy Co., Ltd. in Shizong Region had the problem of too high moisture content in the feed coal, and to solve this problem, the large energy-saving rotary drum coal moisture control (CMC) system was brought in, and the composition and operating principle of the system were introduced. The structure of lifting plate, slide chute and catch wheel were optimized to solve the specific problems that cropped up during the actual operation of the CMC system. Incidentally, the original process was experimentally readjusted. The process control points under different production conditions were summarized and the efficiency of the CMC system was brought into full play.
