摘  要:本研究通过航天处理黑交83-889×美丁F2有性杂交后代,利用混合法选育出高产、优质大豆新品种金源55号。金源55号在参试过程中不仅丰产性好,且表现出良好的稳定性,是广适应性品种,适宜在黑龙江省北部、吉林省东部山区、新疆北部和内蒙呼伦贝尔中部和南部地区种植。该品种的选育说明航天处理对大豆具有明显的诱变效应,对后代农艺性状和品质的改良都具有促进作用。In this paper,a new variety ‘ Jinyuan No. 55' with high yield and quality was created through mixing selection methods from the space-induced F2 population derived from ‘Heijiao83 - 889' and ‘Meiding'. ‘Jinyuan No. 55 ' , exhibits not only high yield, but also good stability in the regional tests and production tests. ‘Jinyuan No. 55 ' has extensive adaptability for planting in the northern of Heilongjiang Province, the eastern mountain areas of Jilin Province, the northern of Xinjiang and the central and southern areas of Inner Mongolia Hulunbeier. Breeding of ‘Jinyuan No, 55' showed that the mutagenic effect of soybean is very apparent through space-flight and can promote the improvement of agronomic and quality character.
