摘　　要：本文主要从我国互联网金融的现状出发,分析我国互联网金融的模式,在此基础上,深入研究互联网金融对商业银行资产负债管理的影响,从而对我国商业银行今后的发展提出建议。This paper starts with the current situation of Internet finance in China, and analyzes Internet financial model in China. On this basis, it deeply studies the influence of Internet finance on commercial bank balance sheet management, and puts forward suggestions for the development of commercial banks in China.
