造纸法制备小茴香秸秆薄片

摘　　要：以小茴香秸秆为原料,利用机械法磨浆,特种抄片机抄造制得小茴香秸秆薄片,经浸渍、碎片和切丝等处理后用以部分取代卷烟中的烟丝制作卷烟。研究结果表明,通过此方法制得的小茴香秸秆薄片可以部分取代烟草薄片用于卷烟制品。Based on fennel stalk as raw material, using mechanical method for pulp refining and fourdrinier machine to manufacture fennel stalk sheet. After dipping, debris and shred treatment, the filament was used to replace the tobacco cigarette to improve traditional cigarettes. The results showed that with this method, the fennel stalk could partly or completely replace the traditional tobacco used in cigarette products. The production process of fennel stalk sheet by paper-making method was simple and of high production efficiency, then it had very good application prospects.
