摘 要:采用含有高取代羟丙基纤维素(H-HPC)和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)的高分子改性剂,对纸张进行表面涂层改性,以制备转移印花纸,再通过热压贴合和汽蒸固色完成棉织物的活性染料干法转印。比较了棉与真丝转印性能的差异;探讨了固色体系、吸湿程度、热压工艺对棉织物表观色深、染料固色率和渗透率的影响。研究表明:棉纤维的固色碱度高于真丝,在碳酸钠/三氯乙酸p H缓冲体系中可实现94%的固色率;加入尿素和双氰胺,提高贴合压力和温度,均可明显提升染料的渗透率。按3%H-HPC,0.7%CMC,2%碳酸钠,2%三氯乙酸,5%尿素,4%双氰胺和0.5%纳米Si O2制备改性剂,以3 MPa和115℃进行热压贴合,获得的印花棉织物K/S值达16,染料渗透率约为40%。Transfer paper is prepared by coating polymer modifier containing high-substituted hydroxy- propyl cellulose (H-HPC) and carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). The reactive dry-transfer printing of cot- ton fabric is carried out through hot-press adhesion and steaming fixation. Differences of transfer printing performances between cotton and silk are compared. Influences of fixation system, hygro- scopicity degree and hot-press process on color yield of cotton prints, fixation yield and penetration of dyes are investigated. The results show that cotton prints call for stronger alkality than silk prints during the fixation. The fixation yield of cotton prints can reach up to 94% in the buffer system of Na^CO~/CCI^COOH. Dye penetration can be improved obviously after adding urea and dicyandiamide or increasing the adhesion pressure and temperature. The K/S value of cotton prints and dye penetra- tion are 16 and 40% respectively, when the modifier contains 3% H-HPC, 0.7% CMC, 2% Na2CO3, 2% CCl3COOH, 5% urea, 4% dicyandiamide and 0.5% nano-SiO2 with hot-press adhesion conditions of 3 MPa and 115℃.
