摘　　要：将特黑增深剂TF412和超黑增深剂TF-411应用于黑色涤纶麻纱布染色，分析了增深剂质量浓度、焙烘温度和加料方式等对增深效果的影响，优化的工艺为：二浸二轧，增深剂TF-41230g／L，TF-41120g／L，150～160℃焙烘定形。涤纶麻纱布的增深比可达到75％以上，且对织物的干湿摩擦牢度影响小，整理后织物手感柔软，干爽不发黏，且不易发纰。Deepening process of polyester fabric in Arabic black is carried out with deepening agent TF- 412 and TF-411. The influences of deepening agent concentration, curing temperature and adding meth- od on deepening effect are studied. The optimum process is double-dip-double-nip with deepening agent TF-412 of 30 g/L, TF-411 of 20 g/L, and setting at 150- 160 ℃. The deepening effect of black poly- ester fabric can increase by more than 75%. The finished fabric features soft handle, dry touch, and little slippage with no change in color fastness to dry and wet rubbing.
