摘　　要：以珍珠粉等为原料，制备了一种具有多种保健功能的珍珠整理剂PNS，并考察整理剂的性能及其在纺织品应用中的保健功能。结果表明，珍珠整理剂的粒径为80～120nm，分布较窄；珍珠粉均匀、密集地分布在纤维表面；整理后的织物含有氨基酸1．39μg/g、蛋白质0．75μg/g和十余种微量元素，具有优异的远红外发射、抗紫外线等保健功能。A multi-health functional agent PNS is prepared with pearl as raw material, and its application to textile is studied. The results show that the particle size of pearl agent PNS is 80 - 120 nm with nar- row distribution. The surface of finished fabric is covered with uniform and intensive pearl powder with 1.39 μg/g of amino acid, 0.75 μg/g of protein and more than ten kinds of trace elements. The finished fabric has multi-functions of far-infrared and UV protection.
