中西医结合治疗心力衰竭伴心脏扩大3例

摘　　要：目的:总结3例胃肠病就诊的心力衰竭伴心脏扩大患者的中西医结合治疗经验。方法:通过分析3例胃肠病就诊的心力衰竭伴心脏扩大患者治疗经过,总结该病的病因病机及治疗方法及经验。结果:通过益气健脾活血利水治疗,患者的病情均好转。结论:益气活血利水法兼西医对以胃肠病就诊的心力衰竭有效。Object：3 inpatients with the gastric bowel disease clinic of heart failure were reported to summary the feature of the therapy. Methods：Analyzes the symptom and the therapy method of the 3 patients by trait of the 3 inpatients .Result：Yiqi Huoxue Lishui herb medicine and the Diuretics,Proton-pump inhibitor can improve the Patient＆#39;s poor appetite and physical,decrease the edema and so on. Conclusion：YiQiHuoXueliShui herb medicine is good for the inpatients with the dilated cardiomyopathy ,heart failure and poor gastroin-testinal function.
