摘　　要：通过对伊朗雅达油田水平井尾管附件钻除异常情况的介绍,对前期几口水平井的钻除数据进行了详细对比分析。结合具体钻除参数的变化及钻除效果,找出了主要影响因素,总结出在雅达油田水平井钻除尾管附件的优化方法。通过对后期7口水平井钻除情况的进一步讨论分析,验证了该方法的可行性和适用性。有效解决了雅达油田水平井尾管附件钻除困难的难题,缩短了水平井钻井周期,节省了钻井成本,值得进一步推广。The abnormalities during drilling out liner accessories in the horizontal wells of Iran Ya-davaran oilfield is introduced in this paper.Detailed comparison and analysis are carried out on the drill-out data of several initial horizontal wells.Causes that lead to drill-out difficulty are analyzed and discussed,and the root causes are identified by correlating the changes of drill-out parameters and the corresponding results.An optimized method is concluded for drilling out liner accessories in the horizontal wells of Yadavaran oilfield.This method covers several sectors such as drill bit, drill string combination,drill-out parameters and cementing procedure.The drill-out data of seven later horizontal wells are discussed and analyzed,which verifies the feasibility and applicability of this method.This method has effectively solved the difficulty during drilling out liner accessories in the horizontal wells of Yadavaran oilfield,shorten the time of horizontal drilling and saved drill-ing cost and deserves further application.
