摘 要:扭转冲击器作为深部硬地层快速钻进的关键技术,是一种集机械剪切、水力和扭转冲击为一体的新型钻井工具。介绍了国内外现有扭转冲击器的研究现状和实际应用情况,阐述了其结构、特点以及工作原理,对比分析了各扭转冲击器关键技术的优势与不足,指出了扭转冲击器应朝着提高产品结构可靠性、适应高密度钻井液下工作等方向研究,同时也指出了扭转冲击器在钻井领域有着很好的应用及发展前景。研究结论对提高和完善国内扭转冲击器技术、实现国产化以及配套PDC钻头的研制和改进具有一定的参考价值。Torsional impact hammer is the key technology of fast drilling in deep and hard forma-tion.It is a new type of drilling tool collecting of mechanical shear,hydraulic and torsional impact. The study intended to introduce the current research and actual application of torsional impact hammer both at home and abroad,specifically expound its structure,characteristics and working principle,comparatively analysis the key technology of the torsional impact hammer’s advantages and disadvantages,point out that the localization of the hammer should focus on such aspects as reliable tool structure,working in high density drilling fluid,as well as a good application and prospect for development in the field of drilling.The study conclusion is certainly and referentially valuable for improvement and perfection of torsional impact hammer,realizing nationalization,the same too supporting the development and improvement of PDC bit.
