摘  要:不锈钢是水液压元件最常考虑选用的耐蚀金属材料,增强不锈钢的耐磨性而又不损失其耐蚀性是提高水液压元件关键摩擦副可靠性的有效途径。该文利用CS电化学实验站采用恒电位阳极极化法,对QPQ表面强化改性、固溶时效等不同处理状态下的17-4PH沉淀硬化不绣钢试样进行电化学腐蚀试验,对比研究QPQ表面强化改性、固溶时效等不同处理工艺,以及淡水和海水不同腐蚀介质对17-4PH沉淀硬化不锈钢电化学腐蚀性能的影响。研究表明:经过固溶时效处理过的不锈钢耐腐蚀性基本没有太大改变,然而经过QPQ处理过的不锈钢耐蚀性被降低100倍。Stainless steel is corrosion resistant metal materials selected most often take water hydraulic components, enhanced and the wear resistance of stainless steel without loss of its corrosion resistance is an effective way to improve the reliability of key water hydraulic com- ponents of the friction pair. In this paper, using potentiostatic anodic polarization on CS electrochemical test rig, the electrochemical corro- sion test of precipitation hardening stainless steel samples are conducted under different treatment conditions such as the QPQ surface modi- fication and strengthening, solid solution of 17-4PH etc. And then, the influence of freshwater and seawater on electrochemical corrosion properties of 17-4PH was investigated. Research results show that, the corrosion resistances of stainless steel 17-4PH through the solid solu- tion and aging treatment are basically not much changed, and then the corrosion resistance of stainless steel 17-4PH through QPQ treatment is reduced 100 times comparatively.
